NASCAR Races = Boring. NASCAR after races = interesting. Here’s an excerpt from an article on ESPN.com:
Childress was found solely at fault for the incident at Kansas Speedway, where he apparently approached Busch after the race, placed him in a headlock, and punched him several times. Childress dodged a suspension from NASCAR but was fined $150,000 and placed on probation through the through the end of the year.
Hey Fox, why don’t you air this stuff instead of all those left turns? An owner putting an opposing “athlete” in a headlock and punching him several times? I’d watch that every weekend.
In any major sport this guy would have been forced to sell his ownership stake for these actions. In the NFL, Bud Adams was fined $100k just for giving a fan the finger. Who’s in charge of discipline for NASCAR, Ron Artest and Stephen Jackson?
